Create 'Submit Challenge' Button

Would like to see a 'submit challenge' button on the leftside of the black bar, under "we would love to see", to the left of the 'sort by' cluster. We could place it somewhere else too, I just naturally look in that area to submit a challenge, so other people may be thrown off a bit.

We can work on final design later.
