Within the Receiver Edit page, every filter has it's own discrete section, but to edit Condition filters you'd have to go to Edit JSON and manually edit:

We are unable to add this Condition Filter to the Message Test result page.

Go to Receiver Edit
There's no condition mapping
If you manually add to the JSON and save...
And then go to the Message Test Result page, it'll explode
Expected behavior
Even if you manually add the Condition filter to the JSON, the /reports/testing/test API errors out with that field added. IE, it's not supported.
