The macro

KERNEL_VERSION="6.6.36.6-1"

Will be interpreted as

\"-DKERNEL_VERSION=/\"6.6.36.6-1/\"\"

Which in turn expanded by clangd as

#define KERNEL_VERSION / 6.6.36.6-1 /

That causes error in intellisense.

The correct result should be

\"-DKERNEL_VERSION=\\\"6.6.36.6-1\\\"\"
