localtonet not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'console'
2. Click on 'start'
3. Scroll down to 'chmod: cannot access 'tunnel/localtonet/localtonet': No such file or directory'
4. See error

Expected behavior
error chmod: cannot access 'tunnel/localtonet/localtonet': No such file or directory
