What enhancement would you like to see?

Mii Studio is a 3rd party resource managed by Nintendo. It will only work so long as Nintendo continues to not block our traffic and so long as Nintendo keeps the service up. Neither of which are gurantees. We should explore our options for swapping the Mii renderer

Any other details to share? (OPTIONAL)

This issue mostly only exists because the new "subissue" feature of GitHub doesn't work across repos, the issues must be on the same repo. This is effectively the same issue as PretendoNetwork/org-issues#2
