Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

some of apps interpreters use CONFIG_INTERPRETERS_xxx. (wamr, duktape, quickjs, ...)
otoh, the others use CONFIG_INTERPRETER_xxx. (lua, bas, cpython, ...)
