Group Module Discussion

The Regen team implemented the first version of the Group Module.

I'm highly supportive of the Groups module making it into mainline SDK, but because it was developed elsewhere it didn't go through the typical ADR process (of no fault to Regen). Do we think that should happen? I'd love to end up with a great UX for creating and deploying new decision policies, as well as revising proposals. I think it would be quite useful if group membership was tokenizeable with transferrable/non-transferrable shares. Also seems like a great use-case for tokenized object capabilities, ex. a group (consisting of all ATOM holders) with the capability to modify the BlocksPerYear parameter, delelegates a non-transferrable tokenized capability to an Issuance Technical committee, which can modify this parameter with an n/n vote.
