Describe the bug

In the self-registration design pattern https://brightlayer-ui-dev.github.io/patterns/user-auth#registration it currently goes

Email -> EULA -> password

What is the expected behavior?

EULA -> Email -> password

Image updates are needed as the dot stepper and button row state is wrong.
