Having found numerous duplicate items in my sent folder as a result of the common IMAP issue, I attempted to use the Remove Duplicate Messages add-in, but it did not find any duplicates in Sent Items, even though I had unticked the Skip option in Settings.
I also tried restarting the mail client and searching again. I tried it at the top level and also with Sent Items open.

This is an issue I have got with TB 115.13, and Remove Duplicates 0.5.4b5, running on POPOS 22.04. I also unticked skip special folders. The mail host is Zoho so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. When running the add-on, I immediately get "No duplicates found".
