Convert Project to a React Admin (framework) App and Sync with Spring Petclinic REST Repository

I propose to enhance the project by converting it into a full React app using the React Admin framework. This will provide an elegant technology, good UI/UX, making the app more user-friendly and visually appealing.

Tasks :

• Set Up React Admin with the current data structure provided by Spring Petclinic REST API (ideally by a mock API);
• Sync with the real Spring Petclinic REST API;
• [Not sure about this] Convert existing components to fit with React Admin framework;
