Using Unified QA T5-large Saying ( Getting a Error ) Make Layer Stack Param Not found,

I am getting this error, by using below code:-

ValueError: Configurable 'make_layer_stack' doesn't have a parameter named 'use_universal_transformer'.

The unifiedqa operative config is referring to an old version of MTF where make_layer_stack had a use_universal_transformer argument. tensorflow/mesh@5baa265 The operative config should either be updated, or you should use an old version of MTF. You can ask the unifiedqa authors which version they used.

@craffel How and Where to Update Operative Config? and If I use older versions, I get the error still!
