Describe the bug

See this previously resolved issue #27775

I believe the latest tag for api/auth/approle was created before the license fix was put into place. This causes issues when importing the tag. Licensing scanning tools cannot find the license. The license appears to be present in the main branch.

Expected behavior

The latest tag for this package should include a license.
