Update Community - Tip to match other social networks

One of the Tips displayed when opening the "Settings" has the following content:

"Join the community on our Forums, X (formerly Twitter), Chat, Blog or Newsletter"

This seems outdated as HomeAssistant is also active on Mastodon and BlueSky. This should be updated to match the additional social networks

Changes would need to be made in src/panels/config/dashboard/ha-config-dashboard.ts as well as in the localizations. (Sadly I am no Frontend guy, so I can't offer a PR without breaking stuff ;) )
