Official Capacitor Plugin for Pull-to-Refresh

Any plans to have an official Capacitor plugin for pull-to-refresh?

I stumbled across https://ionicframework.com/docs/api/refresher, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to integrate with this package. Is this the recommended library to add this functionality to a Capacitor App? Are there any better alternatives?
