How to properly create secondary

I have created a secondary window like this:

def open_window():
    BankView(themename="superhero")


root = ttk.Window()

root.title("TEST")
root.geometry("300x200")

button = ttk.Button(root, text="Open a window", command=open_window)
button.pack()

root.mainloop()

But when i run it there is absolutely no styling on the secondary window:

I am stetting up the secondary window liker this:

class BankView(Window):
    def __init__(self, *args: Any, **kwargs: Any) -> None:
        #  Initialise super class

        super().__init__(*args, **kwargs)  

        #  Set up basic window. etc.. 

Could any one point out what i am doing wrong? thanks

It works perfectly if i do this:

if __name__ == "__main__":
    bv = BankView(themename="superhero")
    bv.mainloop()

OK I sorted it. The secondary windows should subclass 'Toplevel' not 'Window' - all working now!
