A way with pt=platform, bus=yes, tram=yes together with a node with pt=stop_position, tram=yes (no bus=yes) should result in two stops:

  • a tram stop with platform and stop position,
  • a bus stop with platform only.

But the bus stop at Chemnitz, Roter Turm is missing in PTSA. Platform and virtual pole get rendered, but without colored stop area. Screenshots:
