Fat jar is not fat

I get the error message:
Exception in thread "JavaFX Application Thread" java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Cannot resolve 'mdi2c-close-circle-outline'
even though i include the fat jar information:

it works fine in VS code, its after that doesnt work

The shade plugin can't solve the problem as well :(
