All permissions enabled but still getting 403 (Forbidden).

Hi,

We've followed the instructions on the Service creation and authentication section and gave the app all the available permissions but we're still seeing a 403 (Forbidden) error, with the following message:

"Account [redacted] has permission to access and modify Modular Publishing products only. Product with Id [redacted] is not a modular publishing product."

How should we proceed?
