Removing the files don't work always

I’m encountering a strange issue that I need help resolving.

When I upload files via the Web Client, they are processed successfully through the pipelines. Later, when I attempt to delete these files using the DeleteDocumentAsync method, the logs from the Container App show no errors or bugs, and the files appear to be removed from storage successfully.

However, the problem arises when I call the Search or Ask methods. These methods still return answers based on the removed files. Upon inspecting Azure AI Search, I noticed that the data from the deleted files still exists in the index. This indicates that the files are not being completely removed from the index as expected.
