Package and distribute for winget

It would be amazing if I could manage installation and upgrades with a "winget install wsltty"

Great project! Any chance of updating the winget release version to the latest? Also, the winget uninstall wsltty command does not appear to be working...

It's of note that both the winget and chocolately packages are months out of date, only up to version 3.6.4.
