App Constantly Disables Sync Backend

I just started using this app and I set it up to syncronize with a file on Nextcloud. It syncs just fine but it is constantly disabling the syncronization backend. There is an error message which states "backend is locked or cannot be locked" when this occurs.

It works just fine if I manually re-enable the backend, though.

Is there any way around this?
