Use py6S modeled Es comparison to flag for cloud as an L2 Met option

AD to capture Es_mod as a new group (“py6S”?) at L1B. This will also contain the direct/diffuse ratio for use in L2 to eliminate the need to re-run py6S. DA will then propagate the new group to include filters and implement the cloud flag as another experimental Met filter in L1BQC. Nils has used mod/meas relative difference of 20% in the past (multispectral)

I created the "PY6S_MODEL" group (see PR #146) that contains :

  • diffuse_ratio
  • direct_ratio
  • py6s_irradiance
Each variable comes with the associated wavelengths. there is a few NaN in the irradiance given by Py6S, I do not know why yet.

add py6s group to store model irradiance (issue #145)

Let's address the NaNs on Wednesday

Py6S is currently only being run for FRM-Full. Any effort to use modeled Es to help build a cloud flag could only be applied in this regime unless 6S was run in the other regimes.

6S now propagated to L2 for all regimes with ffeb94a

Experimentation and implementation of 6S-based cloud flag is longer-term goal.
