All CI pipelines are failing with status code 403, i guess we only can build the project because we have the artifacts cached locally.

1. The repository is only needed for the MaterialFilePicker

2. This MaterialFilePicker package is also available on jcenter()

3. jcenter() will also completely shut down in Feb 2022:

   To clarify, the JCenter repository will keep serving packages for 12 months until February 1st 2022. Only the JCenter REST API and UI will be sunsetted on May 1st 2021.

4. We can use jcenter() as a workaround, but:

• On jcenter() only MaterialFilePicker:1.9.0+ is available (currently used: 1.8).
• 1.9.0+ requires a higher minSdk (so we need to merge Raise minSdk to 21 (Lollipop) #951) before changing the repository ✔️
• This is no long term solution but only a workaround to buy more time until the package is available on another host!
