Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neo-go/blob/master/docs/vm.md is good, but it can be improved.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Describe VM CLI backend switch feature: document vm: make VM CLI state-dependant #2723.
  2. Add more examples on VM CLI SC debugging, describe how to work with deployed contracts.
