Don't display "Automatic detection is running" if proof is old #1206

On the contribution assistant, the following message is displayed if there are no price tag detection predictions:

If the proof is old, it makes no sense to wait for price tags detection to be completed, as it's very likely that it was already run and failed.

We can skip this message if the proof was uploaded more than 1 day ago.

Also true for Receipt proofs, where label detection is not run at all.
