索引, 建议加个创建全文索引的方法 #320

CreateIndexes(ctx context.Context, indexes []opts.IndexModel)

我们这方法应该不支持全文索引对吧, 我看了MongoDB的驱动文档, 参数类型对不上.
分词可以用其他, 我感觉索引相关的很重要. 项目如果不够大, 不一定会考虑上Elasticsearch
