Port smtp-user-enum to ronin-recon. It should be a worker which accepts a Domain value type, resolve it's mailserver, enumerate usernames using a wordlist and the VRFY SMTP command, and yield EmailAddress values for found usernames (this may also require adding a #domain attribute to Values::Mailserver).
