Questions about saving data and changing hardware amplification #44

I was wondering what would be the process to save a stream of data from hantek for around 30 mins to a specific file. I just need it saved as a csv or txt. I also was looking around and couldn't find any way to control the hardware amplification of the input signal, I believe that this system is able to due to reaching 40 Vpp output. Any guidance would be grateful!
