Implementation of a sl-checkbox-button component

I would like to create a sl-checkbox-button component similar to the sl-radio-button component.

This would be great for styling purposes and would look better than most "normal" checkboxes.

It was already meantioned in this "Help" discussion.

I have already started with the implementation here - I've finished the implementation itself, the tests are still missing.

Please tell me what you think.

We've come the the conclusion that radio button was likely a mistake, and the original radio should have been capable of handling more complex applications through custom styling. We don't want to get into the habit of creating new components strictly for styling purposes. In hindsight, an appearance="button" attribute may have been better.

Anyways, we're freezing this work for the moment as we work on getting Web Awesome out.
