Support Serverspec configuration on AWS::AutoScaling::LaunchConfiguration resources?

It seems to me that it may be more operator-friendly if we can support attaching Serverspec configuration to Launch Configuration resources.

As there isn't necessarily a 1:1 relationship between Launch Configurations and Auto Scaling Groups, I suspect we'd need to do additional work to determine relationships between Auto Scaling Groups and any Launch Configurations with Serverspec configuration defined.
