Should I increase "max gpu memory for balanced offload mode" to >10GB, considering I have 24?

by default its set to 75% of available vram, so no idea why you have it at 10gb to start with.
so yes, increase to 18-20gb.

Thanks, it works (barely - if I throw in a Lora on top it still crashes out of VRAM). Have you tried it yet? I got some bad outputs from it
