msi installer needed to push wpilib to a whole classroom of machines in batch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My software team needs wpilib on all PCs in our classroom (26 machines)
To install requires admin privileges, so students can't do the install.
For IT or a teacher to install requires logging in to each machine separately and hitting "Next" manually at each prompt.
Every time a new update is released the process needs to be repeated.

Describe the solution you'd like
An .msi installer for wpilib would solve the problem.
This would allow the installation to be managed remotely in bulk.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Giving students admin privileges.
Having coaches log in and update machines one at a time.
Only putting wpilib on a smaller number of machines, but the best solution for us is to install on all PCs because we share the PCs with our CAD students.

The installer was designed to not need admin for this reason. What problems do you have when it's run without admin?
