I cannot move user folder into service. Just because service folder has only 1 folder

Environment

Zed: v0.156.1 (Zed)
OS: macOS 15.0.1
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: aarch64

As a work around, you can right click and select "unfold directory" before dragging and dropping.
