Missing resource to set the default invite user message text

Describe your problem

There is no resource to set the message texts for the "Invite User" notification type. The "Initialization" notification type is probably used for the old management api user creation, and can be set using the zitadel_init_message_text resource.

Describe your ideal solution

add a resource to control the default values of the "Invite User" notification type.
