You can flash firmware by using OctoPrint Firmware Updater plugin
Homepage and documentation: https://plugins.octoprint.org/plugins/firmwareupdater/
Settings:
- Flash method: avrdude
- AVR MCU: ATmega1284p
- AVR Programmer Type: arduino
- Advanced settings:
  - avrdude Baud Rate: 115200
Then select your serial port, select firmware file and click "Flash from file"
