LGTM. Will need @RRap0so 's help to create and store the token as I don't have access to Luigi's codecov account nor can i store secrets on the project.
Once the token is created and stored, I can approve.

Description
In this PR, I added codecov token for codecov upload process.
Motivation and Context
CI on protected branch is failed after applied this change.
Have you tested this? If so, how?
@RRap0so @dlstadther Could you add codecov token to this repository actions secret?
